For Living for Working for Learning for Caring  We form light and space around you
We seek to offer enhanced levels of ‘well-being’ to occupants by honouring a  site’s orientation and assessing sun paths, wind flows, and the degree of  exposure.  By combining the use of sustainable natural materials and renewable  technologies, we aim to ensure that occupants experience and benefit from the  world around them whilst minimising the impact upon it.  This may be by a  simply well placed window to give a considered view on a small domestic  extension, the use of natural wood cladding bathed in warming sunlight, or the  inclusion of solar panels and heat pumps to reduce CO2 emissions.
We are well versed in the latest regulations and construction techniques,  including SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), off-site modular building and high  standards of insulation and air tightness.  We are able to offer anything from an initial site appraisal and sketches to check  viability, brief writing, through to scheme design, planning and construction  detailing.  We can take the Lead Consultant role and once on site we can  administer the contract and manage your scheme to when the keys are handed  over and beyond.
Through our environmentally sensitive approach, we place  both the local environmental context of each site and the  wider sustainability concerns at the heart of the design  process, to inform the proposals and to strive to achieve  stimulating spaces through designed responses to  environmental factors.
